Soulstack Verify

Soulstack Verify

A familiar security check that helps protect Soulstack forms from automated abuse, with clear guidance if you get stuck.

Seen the Verify checkbox in an app? Here is how it works, what information the check uses, and how to get help.

How the check works ↓

Try the demo

Verify

Select the checkbox to preview the completion state.

Demo only. This preview runs in your browser. It does not verify you or submit anything.

What to expect

A check that fits the form

01 / Start

Keep filling in your form

Depending on the app, verification can begin as you enter information or when you select the checkbox.

02 / Check

Follow the prompt

Some checks complete automatically. If a question appears, follow its instructions. Where offered, you can choose an automatic check instead.

03 / Continue

Carry on with your task

The app uses the result to protect your submission. Checks expire, so you may need to verify again before sending.

Privacy, in plain language

A real check sends challenge responses and technical request data to Soulstack Verify to help limit automated abuse. Verification tokens are short-lived and used once.

The widget does not send your form fields as part of the check. The app handles those fields under its own privacy policy.

More than a mouse click

Verify supports keyboard operation, visible focus and status announcements for assistive technology. Tab to the check and use Enter or Space to activate it.

The panel follows the app’s colours and typography. Error and completion states use text as well as visual indicators.

Help with a check

If something gets in the way

The check could not connect

Check your connection and use Retry. If the problem continues, reload the page when you are ready. Copy any unsent form text first, as reloading may clear it.

The check expired

Run the check again before submitting. An expired result cannot be reused.

I cannot complete the challenge

If the challenge offers “Use an automatic check instead”, try that option. Otherwise, contact the app’s support team and include the support reference shown in Help, if one is available. Do not send passwords or verification tokens.
